The Norwegian shipyard has been struggling for a while. During the construction of two ships for Hurtigruten the ownership was transferred to Hurtigruten. In January 2020 the yard was taken over by DIV Group (Croatia – Brodosplit).
Bank accounts were frozen in June after credit agreements were cancelled.
