The owner of the Trasporti Fluviomarittimi shipping company Mr Giovanni Visentini confirmed the sale of his RoRo EXCELLENT to a Greek Company for about EUR 3,8 million. The Memorandum of Agreement has already been signed and it is expected to be completed at the end of January in Venice.
The 125m ship is currently in the port of Brindisi as her long-term charter with the Italian Ministry of Defence ended, due to the age limit.
She was built in Croatia (Kraljevica) in 1994 as the CROWN LINK (Sea-Link Alpha BV) and served for many North European operators in her 30-year career.
