Newsphone decided the sale of its subsidiary ‘Levante Ferries V’ to its main shareholders for €2.5 million.
This amount will be lent to ‘Levante Ferries III’ for six years at a rate of 7,25% and it will be used for the purchase of a ship with a value of up to €3 million plus interest, in which Newsphone will have the right of a first naval mortgage.
