Newbuilt RoRo 782 ‘TENNOR OCEAN’ left the Flensburg Fjord bound for Lloyd Werft in Bremerhaven.
The ferry will move to Lloyd Werft’s Dock 3 for a week, so that the shipbuilders of Flensburger Schiffbau-Gesellschaft can carry out remaining work on the ship’s hull, to optimise the performance.
Subsequently TENNOR OCEAN will set off for sea trials.
The yard already tested the 2.11-metre-high folding mast, newly developed for this type of ship. It enables the passage through the Kiel Canal (height restriction of 40m)
Specifications: 4,000 lane meters over four decks | 279 trailers | LOA 210m
