VASSILIOS is the new name of the former RoRo BALTICA which was purchased by the Cypriot based Salamis Lines last May. The ship was named after Salamis Group founder Mr. Vassos Hadjitheodosiou and since July 4 is at Neorion (Syros) shipyards for refurbishing and dry docking.
On June 28, 2021, Godby Shipping AB delivered -at the port of Piraeus- the RoRo BALTICA to the Cypriot-based Salamis Lines. The ship was purchased in May 2021 and will join her close sisters ALEXO and AKRITAS that currently serve the international Cyprus-Greece line.
BALTICA To TransProCon
Godby Shipping’s BALTICA is redelivered from Sea-Cargo and has been chartered to Swedish company TransProCon for May-June 2021.
