Successful New Tirrenia Route To Get Second Ship
Our Italian colleagues of Ship2Shore wrote that Tirrenia will double the capacity and frequency of the Naples – Catania line, which was inaugurated only one month ago.
After the closure of New TTT Lines, which operated this route before, the big players are heavily targeting this route.
On May 7, Tirrenia introduced ro-pax HARTMUT PUSCHMAN (1,820 lane meter). Soon, the frequency will become daily with the addition of a second vessel.
Grimaldi serves the same destination from the port of Salerno, but would like to move to Naples.
