Attica Holdings’ passenger, car, and truck transportation sector will be transferred to its 100% subsidiary “BLUE STAR FERRIES SINGLE MEMBER M.S.A.”.
The spin-off is expected to complete within the year. Post-spin-off, Attica A.E. Holdings will continue providing administrative and advisory services to its group companies.
