Corsica Ferries Case: The Bill Could Increase for the Collectivité Territoriale de Corse (Autonomous Region of Corsica)
Monday 25 January 2021, the public rapporteur of the administrative court of appeal of Marseille revised upwards the amount of damage for irregular competition within the framework of the 2007-2013 maritime public service delegation. It could go up from 84 to 91 million euros.
