Armin Penner will join AS Tallink Grupp as Financial Director on 12 October. He brings nearly 20 years of experience in financial analysis and management.
His responsibilities will include overseeing the Group’s financial functions and leading the development of its investor relations.
Penner previously spent more than six years as CFO and Management Board Member of Circle K Eesti. He has also served as CFO of Euroapteek and Ragn-Sells Eesti.
Tallink’s current CFO, Anna-Liisa Sisask, will leave the company to become CFO and Management Board Member of Viru Keemia Grupp.
